Lodge
Use Only (no other services) - 1
to 8 hours - Mon. - Sat. anytime between 8:00am - 4:00pm or 4:00pm - 12:00am - $3.00 per
person with a $100 minimum per day (8 hours).
Lodge/Cabin Use Only
(no meals) - 1 to 8 hours

with a $100 minimum per day (8 hours).
Lodge Use with Food
Service - $3.00 per person
with a $75 minimum (per day).
Pioneer Village Lower Levels - Flat fee of $50 per day for each lower level (NO FEE WHEN COMBINED WITH LODGING). |

Note: Per day rate for lodge use applies to ALL groups with less than 24 guests Maximum
occupancy at Fellowship Lodge for food service is 100 guests and maximum
occupancy for events such as concerts, meetings, etc. without food service is 200.

Lodge Village & Pioneer Village Package: (Minimum group size of 24) |
Lodge Village Package: Overnight accommodations (one
night), Exclusive use of Fellowship Lodge, Deluxe
menu plan includes evening banquet, country breakfast,
noon lunch, up to 12 hours of beverage bar service.
Cost per person based on 2 or more guests per room is $65.50 or $93.50 per guest for single occupancy. Number
of cabins is determined by number of guests. 6 guests
= 1 cabin / 12 guests = 2 cabins / 18 guests = 3 cabins
/ 24 guests = 4 cabins.
(A total of 12 cots are available and can be set up in the 4 cedar cabin bedrooms based on number needed. The same per person fee applies)
Pioneer Village Package:
Overnight accommodations (one night), use of lower level in log cabin, Deluxe menu plan which includes evening banquet (tier 1), country breakfast and noon lunch, up to 12 hours of beverage bar service.
Cost per person based on 2 or more guests per room
is $53.50 or $72.50 per guest for single occupancy. |

Continental breakfast $6.00 or $8.00 for full country breakfast; Lunch $10.00; Dinner $12.00
Beverage Bar Service:

(up to 8 hours) $3.00; 12 hour service $4.50; Beyond
12 hours add $2.00 for each 4-hour segment. Appetizers: 1 item - $2.00/person. Snack
Break Service: 2 items - $2.00/person. Picnic menus are also
available - call for rates. |
