Tim Cook - Director of Operations
  Louisville, KY born and grew up on the west end until age 13, parents moved him and three sisters to Caneyville, KY in Grayson County. In this rural area Tim grew to be an adult working on farms, on mowing lawns and with local cemeteries. He started in the sales business at the age of 16 selling Blair products and had his first door to door business - selling heat and smoke detectors at the age of 18. Also at age 18, Tim was a Pastor - his first church in rural Grayson County where he met his wife to be, Patricia Duncan of Horse Branch, KY. Tim went to Grayson County High and Oakland City University. Tim and Trish married over 29 years and have 3 children, Shaun, Shannon, and Brittanie, and one granddaughter Kylie Faith on the way. Tim has worked with C. M. I. and our founder Robert J. Lightner for 28 years. He has pastored churches throughout Kentucky for 31 years, two of which he founded, and current pastor of Colossians Ministries in Butler, KY. Hobbies include woodworking, fishing, and singing with his Gospel group The Regal Heirs, along with other charitable fraternities and denominational associations of which he is a member.

Tony Vornberger - Ranch Director
 
I grew up in Burlington Kentucky and graduated from Conner HS in 1985. Right after high school I joined the Army where I served almost 7 years.  While in the Army I served half my time as a combat medic first in Korea then Texas.  In 1988 the Army put me through nursing school and I served my remaining time in Washington DC at Walter Reed Army Medical Center.  Most of that time was served on the Pediatric Ward.  I meet my Wife Debbie while serving at Walter Reed.  It was love at first sight and we were married 4 months later.  While I was still in the Army, my wife gave brith to our twin boys Brandon and Brian.  After leaving the Army we returned to Northern Kentucky and I was hired on by Cincinnati Childrens Hospital. I work there as a home care nurse for 16 years.  In 1997 my wife gave birth to our daughter Tiffany.  Since moving back to Kentucky my whole family have been attending Greenview Baptist Church.  The Lord has given me many opportunities to serve Him at Greenview especially with the children and youth.

Paul Randall Hamm - Facilities/Maintenance Manager
  Randy is a graduate of Fleming County, KY High School. He and his wife Peggy have four daughters and one grandson. In addition to his regular responsibilities, Randy assists in several aspects of guest services and enjoys working outdoors. Randy and his family are members of Hebron Church of Christ where Randy is an elder. Hobbies include woodworking, fishing and watching Kentucky basketball.

David J. Brueggemeyer - Food Service Director/Chef
  David has been the Potter's Ranch chef since opening in 1997. David graduated from the Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park, New York and his experience also includes Food Service at Procter and Gamble, Montgomery Inn and several other local restaurants. Chef David married Debby McGarvey on June 29, 2001 and they reside in Elsmere, Kentucky. The Brueggemeyers have one son, Joseph William, born in 2003. Our most requested dinner is the Grilled Chicken Alfredo and Chef's recipe includes more butter and cheese than we can disclose.

Carlin Adams - Facilities/Maintenance Helper
  Carlin is a native of Boone County and has been married to his best friend, Darlene, for 28 years. Carlin graduated from Conner High School and worked in the customer service field prior to coming to Potter's Ranch in June of 2003. Leisure activities include woodworking, outdoor activities, time with family and friends, good music, riding motorcycle and muscle cars. Carlin's varied skills allow him to provide a variety of services to Potter's Ranch including maintenance, construction and guest services.

I was born in Barberton Ohio and Graduated from Barberton High School in 1982.  I served in the Army from 1982 to 1985.  I was a Tactical systems operator and Mechanic while in the Army and served in West Germany and Hinesville Georgia.  After leaving Regular Army, I served in the Army Reserves for a year as a dental technician trainee.  From there I joined the Navy from the end of 1985 through 1990.  While in the Navy I served In California, then Washington DC.  In the Navy I worked as a sailor, public relations specialist, and photographer.  I met my husband while serving in Washington DC.  Shortly after having my twin boys Brandon and Brian we moved to Florence Kentucky.  I received my Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies before having my daughter Tiffany in 1997.
