You are one-of-a-kind
“He’s just a carpenter, the son of Mary and the brother of James, Joseph, Judas, and Simon” (Mark 6:3, New Living Translation).
Don’t you hate how people do that? "Oh, he is just
the mailman. She is just
a stay-at-home mom. Oh, don’t you know—he’s just
so and so’s brother. She is just
the new girl.” Don’t let anyone label you like that. You are a one-of-a-kind, original creation. It is not just by chance that you live in this time and this place. You have the ability to impact this world in a way that no one else can. Don’t be discouraged if others don’t recognize this. Remember, labels are for people who don’t understand the contents of what (or who) they are looking at.
